My beloved Elder Choi went home. I'm in a trio in the same area now.
Chang-eun has a baptismal date.
A member magician visited our city on Saturday and gave a free performance, so we spent a lot of time trying to get people to attend that. We made a huge background thingy so that people who came to the event take pictures with the magician. We also used the background as a proselyting activity to invite people to the event. We met two college students from Kazakhstan who actually showed up to the magic show. we set up one of the rooms in the church to be a family history room. The girls from Kazakhstan actually came and were really interested in family history.
I didnt know this, but
Kazakhstan is an Islam nation and they know basically nothing about Jesus Christ and they had never stepped in a church before.
